MISSION

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Ensure proper analysis, update and compliance with policies and procedures within the Human Resources department and the areas under its purview.

Carry out tasks requested by the HR Manager.

Depending on the specialization / needs, the focus will be on recruitment, training, development, administration, labor relations.

Collaborate / lead specific projects related to Human Resources department.

Collaborate / coordinate processes with external partners.

Coordinate and monitor indicators in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of the actions using the HR management tools (SuccessFactors, Hispins, Clocking, etc.).

Lead the reporting according to the main KPIs of the area e.g. headcount, absenteeism, etc. if requested.

Carry out a variety of general administrative tasks related to Human Resource procedures.

Monitor and manage external customers in the plant.

Provide support and collaborate on local and corporate audits.

Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.

Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
