A leading language training company is seeking energetic and passionate trainers to conduct online lessons for business professionals. You will engage with CEO-level clients, delivering interactive training sessions, while writing detailed lesson reports. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess excellent English skills, with previous teaching experience preferred. The role offers flexibility with work hours (30 to 40 hours per week), primarily from home.

We need people who are passionate about teaching / training and can bring excitement to the learning experience.

As a trainer, you will be conducting lessons online to our clients.

Our learners are mostly business professionals and executives.

On any given day, you may have a CEO, senior manager of a top company, scientist, doctors, lawyers, or other professionals from highly-specialized fields as your learner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live video training sessions to 1 learner or to a group of up to 5 learners per session;
• Write lesson reports to the learner groups to document what was covered in each session

Requirements

• Must be willing to work from home
• Must have an energetic, pleasant, and engaging personality
• Understands the principles of adult learning
• A college / bachelor's degree is required
• Training, teaching, or tutoring experience, preferably to a group (Minimum of 1 year)
• Business and / or corporate experience (Minimum of 3 years)
• First or second language must be English with Excellent English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)
• On-camera teaching experience is an advantage
• able to multitask using different platforms for teaching
• Fluency in other languages is a plus
• Good computer skills
• Know how to multitask
• Quiet, dedicated workspace

Work and Technical Requirements

• PC or Mac (laptop or desktop)
• A noise-cancelling computer headset with a microphone
• High-speed Internet connection (Download 10 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps)
• Webcam capability (internal or external)

Operating System: Minimum Requirements

• Windows 10 or higher
• Mac - OS (OS Sierra) or higher
• Processor - Intel Core i5 / i7 or equivalent
• 8 GB RAM
• 10 GB of available disk space

Work Hours

• Number of hours per week : 30 to 40 hours
• Number of days per week : 5 to 6 days
• Working days : any day of the week as long as it meets the total number of hours per week

Additional requirements :
