An innovative Ag-Tech company is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive growth in Brazil. You will lead partnerships in precision agriculture, focusing on nitrogen management solutions and variable-rate applications. Ideal candidates will have a strong network, proven B2B deal-closing skills, and be fluent in Portuguese and English. This role offers remote or hybrid work with high travel flexibility across Brazil.
Stenon delivers the first real-time soil analysis to optimize fertilization, yield, and sustainability – powered by IoT sensor fusion, AI, and advanced software. Based on this technology, we are developing the leading nitrogen (N) management solution with variable-rate (VRA) fertilizer recommendations, tailored to crops, regions, and countries. Our soil sensing device is the enabler – the goal is a complete solution for precise, site-specific N management.
Position:
We seek an experienced Head of Business Development to lead Stenon’s growth in precision agriculture across Brazil. You will drive adoption of our nitrogen management and VRA solutions by building partnerships across the Brazilian agribusiness ecosystem and by turning pilot projects into long-term business. With proven success in Ag-Tech BD in Brazil, a strong network in agribusiness, and a track record of closing complex B2B deals, you will represent Stenon at C-level and play a key role in scaling our impact in Brazilian agriculture.
