Build recurring USD income as Steadfast's Growth Partner. Steadfast is seeking entrepreneurial sales professionals from Latin America to join us as independent Growth Partners. This is not a job: it's a business partnership where we build long-term recurring revenue together.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a B2B independent contractor partnership. No employment relationship is created. Partner is responsible for own business expenses and taxes.

Commission Structure:
Our clients' MRR typically ranges from $5,000 to $10,000, with most landing around $6,500.
Portfolio Income Potential (during year 1):
Note: Commission drops to 5% in months 13 to 18 of each client relationship
Payment Terms: Commissions are paid monthly within 15 days of client payment receipt to Steadfast.
As a Growth Partner, you''ll focus on the critical first stage of our sales process:
Your role is to engage decision-makers and get them excited enough to take a 30-minute call with our CTO. We handle the technical demos and closing from there.

Note on Client Retention: If a client churns within the first 90 days, commission clawback provisions apply per partnership agreement. Details will be provided during selection process.
