Responsible for managing and overseeing the compensation and benefits programs, as well as the HR information systems across the Latin America region.
This role ensures that all compensation and benefits practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
The manager will also oversee compliance with relevant regulations and manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to support these functions in line with the Global Total Rewards philosophy and strategy.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of HRIS to support HR operations and decision-making.
