What can you expect from the role?

• Lead Fuel for Growth Agenda, acting as Finance Lead for our Home Care Americas Business
• Bring thought leadership, innovative initiatives and build an effective and well-connected network within the Business Group
• Support on going performance efforts for the Home Care across the wider business
• Drive NRM performance management
• Support Home Care NRM team in ambition setting and performance management
• Lead and support projects and initiatives in TTI to minimize drift and drive efficiencies
• Provide insights and actionable analytics in NRM performance across markets and cells
• Support Squads with certain markets turnarounds plans and deep dives
• Collaborate and lead cross team projects
• Lead, support and participate in various initiatives to build Home Care Finance's thriving culture in areas of wellbeing, learning, connectivity, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and high business impact areas.

Does this sound like you?

• Complete bachelor's degree
• Fluent English
• Strong Finance Performance, Business Partnering and Cost Management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders essential
