The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, significant experience in underwriting, and the ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership and other departments. Qualificações

• Minimum three years of experience in the insurance industry.

• Hands-on experience in product development.
• English proficiency.

About the Role:

You would be working very closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders. This includes joining forcers with business' partners and other departments like sales, distribution, IT, Finance and service providers.

• Risk analysis and underwriting including assess clients’ background information and rating score;
• Data collection and streamlining;
• Support senior members and stakeholders with slides, data gathering, writing reports, and maintaining databases, and data pipelines;
• Follow applicable insurance laws and regulations;
• Provide training to sales team across the country.

Essentials:

• Bachelor's degree is a must. Preferable options are Finance (Economics), Business (Administração de Empresas) or Law. Others are acceptable.
• Minimum three years of experience within the insurance industry
• Proven GL insurance underwriting experience.
• Hands-on experience in product development.
• English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

• Master's in Business, Economics, Corporate Law.
• Agile knowledge and certification
• Ambitious and energetic, seeking out new solutions and ways of working
