A leading IT consulting company is seeking a skilled networking professional to join their team in Barueri. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network troubleshooting, incident diagnosis, and knowledge of Microsoft and video collaboration tools. This role offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment, requiring proficiency in working independently and under pressure.
Must Have:
Knowledge of network infrastructure: cabling, troubleshooting, LAN/WAN standards, and communication protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, among others);
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly;
User assistance with technical issues;
Troubleshooting of network incidents;
Support in the implementation of new technologies;
Participation in the deployment of new network technologies;
Proven knowledge in networking;
Coordination with suppliers, defining roles and responsibilities;
Collaboration with technology vendors to define responsibilities;
Knowledge of RACI, Scrum, Agile methodologies;
Interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and good logical reasoning;
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure;
Dynamic, engaged, and proactive in activities.
Knowledge:
Experience with troubleshooting and incident diagnosis in computer systems and networks;
Experience with Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Teams Rooms Administrator, Zoom Rooms Implementation & Integration, Admin Center, Microsoft Administration Center;
Knowledge of video collaboration solutions and infrastructure (Zoom, Poly, Microsoft, etc.);
Data network certifications (Cisco) and Microsoft solutions;
Experience in videoconferencing environments;
Ability to train others.
