Role

The Technical Lead - Spec is tasked with advancing or devising new products, components, systems, and technologies to enhance organizational offerings. This role requires ensuring that research and design efforts adhere to established scientific and engineering standards and involve the creation and oversight of strategic business plans and budgets for product development.

Main responsibilities
  • Build front-end (React/TypeScript/Next.js) and back-end (Node.js/Python/FastAPI) layers that integrate GenAI and Agentic workflows.
  • Design and develop robust, scalable APIs to support GenAI-powered interactions, agent communication, and real-time data processing.
  • Create UIs for agents with dynamic tool access, reasoning flows and autonomous behaviour.
  • Integrate LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI, Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Services, Hugging Face, and vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate).
  • Design real-time APIs (REST & GraphQL) for agent interaction, tool execution and memory handling with low latency.
  • Deploy, monitor and scale services with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and MLOps best practice.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers on multi-agent orchestration experiments.
