A leading cloud services provider is seeking an AWS Sales Account Manager in São Paulo, Brazil. This role focuses on driving growth in AGS accounts and developing tailored solutions for various stakeholders, including C-level executives. Responsibilities include managing accounts, executing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with partners on sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales or business development, particularly in software or cloud markets. This is a full-time position intended for someone seeking a mid-senior level role.
AWS Sales is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.
This role focuses on AGS accounts, covering multiple non-coverage accounts and requires developing and executing an account coverage plan while consistently delivering on revenue targets.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a sales and technical background, able to engage CXO, LoB, CIO, software developers, IT architects, and other customer executives.
They will handle complex business requirements, provide tailored solutions, and work in fast-paced, dynamic environments, communicating across extended teams.
Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Develop and execute a strategic plan that creates and maintains a robust sales pipeline, addressing existing accounts and driving net new business in untapped customers.
Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically.
Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS.
Analyze sales / metrics data to evolve your strategy.
Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
Assist FSI customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Amazon Web Services and best practice implementations.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key FSI accounts.

7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
