Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document requirements, map processes, and define acceptance criteria, also assuming the role of QA in the final phase to ensure the delivery meets business requirements.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Map the delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating the entry (app) and exit (EDI) points.
• Document integrations, data formats, and business rules.
• Define metrics and success criteria for the PoC.
• Create test cases and perform functional validation in the final phase.
• Report defects and monitor their correction with the technical team.
