I'm looking for a founders associate.

A high-agency person to help me run my personal brand, my three AI businesses, a 120k+ subscriber YouTube channel, my social media, and a chaotic schedule.

For Context

I'm a YouTuber in the AI automation space.

I've spent the last decade building businesses.

Currently, I run an AI education community, an AI automation agency, and a productized SEO solution.

My personal brand feeds all of them.

We are moving fast.

We are at the forefront of AI.

It is exciting, profitable, and messy.

The Role

I am a creator, I need someone to help me execute / organize.

I need someone dynamic who can help me across a wide variety of tasks, managing my inbox, YouTube publishing, editing and scheduling newsletters, LinkedIn posts or personal tasks.

You Will

• Be my shadow : Work beside me in my office every day.
• Travel with me : Flights and hotels are 100% covered.
• Organize the chaos : Manage my schedule, inbox, and personal admin so I can focus on creating.
• Run the content machine : Help manage YouTube uploads, repurpose content for LinkedIn / Twitter, and handle basic copywriting.

Who You Are

• You have High Agency: When you don't know how to do something, you Google it, learn it, and get it done.
• You don't wait for permission.
• You are an aspiring entrepreneur : You want to learn how a modern media-first business is built from the inside out.
• You are organized : I am not.
• You need to be the one who keeps the train on the tracks.
• You are marketing-savvy : Experience with social media is a massive plus, experience with AI tools or basic video editing is a nice extra too.
• Proficient in English : Most of work will be in English so you need to be highly proficient in English.

The Deal

• Salary : $10,000+ Reals / month (negotiable based on experience).
• Lifestyle : All travel expenses (flights / hotels) paid.
