What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Research and compile materials for meetings to ensure the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is well-prepared
  • Draft briefing notes, agendas, and key talking points for effective meetings
  • Track key initiatives and coordinate with teams on high-priority projects
  • Serve as a liaison between the CRO and other executives, enhancing cross-functional collaboration
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize workflows
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in meeting preparation and supporting executive teams
  • Strong project and task management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Power BI, and project management tools
