In this role, you will work remotely as a strategic partner to leadership. This is an ideal position for a proactive, organized professional looking to work closely with C-level management in a global environment.
Operational Excellence: efficiently manage complex calendars, international travel logistics, and inbox triage to ensure the CEO’s day-to-day runs smoothly.
Strategic Support: act as a partner to the CEO by leading ad-hoc business projects, conducting market research, and preparing briefing materials to support decision-making.
Communication & Reporting: prepare high-quality presentations (decks), reports, and meeting minutes for board meetings and internal strategy sessions.
Force Multiplier: facilitate cross-functional communication and handle operational roadblocks, allowing leadership to focus on high-impact strategy.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy: proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools like Notion. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to increase efficiency is highly valued.
