Job Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium deliveries and assist with complex global SaaS API integrations and UI implementations
• Create and manage work plans to deliver contractually defined implementations and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project implementation and delivery issues, practicing effective risk management
• Coordinate software setup configuration and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time
• Facilitate customer user acceptance testing and product training with stakeholders and users

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Bachelor's degree or Technical/Vocational Degree
• 2+ years of customer delivery/customer software integration experience in the SaaS sector
• 2+ years of experience working with development teams and product managers in an Agile framework

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to manage complex team dynamics and work cross-collaboratively
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, LucidChart, and other enterprise collaboration tools
• Ability to thrive in adaptable environments
