Overview
Job Summary:
You'll be the main person for Google for Education with big education clients (HED). Your job is to build relationships, understand their needs, and run programs to engage them with Google tools.
What You'll Be Up To
- Google Days: Planning and running meetings and events for educators.
- Getting Users Hooked: Developing ways for more HED institutions to use Google for Education, including content, training, and building an online community.
- Keeping the Business Flowing: Working with sales to secure renewals, upsells, and upgrades from existing accounts.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Chatting with Important People: Connecting with administrators, IT staff, teachers, and pedagogical leaders in education.
- Event Superpowers: Ensuring Google events run smoothly with strong content, logistics, and measurable results.
- Content Creator: Creating presentations, training materials, and online content to showcase Google for Education.
- Training Time: Teaching educators and administrators how to use Google for Education tools in the classroom.
- Sales Buddy: Collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities within current clients.
- Tracking Progress: Monitoring the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
What You Need
- A Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Google collaborations or relevant projects.
- Proven track record of planning and executing events (academic or extracurricular).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build connections with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for technology and its potential to transform education.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
