What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Area Managers along the East Coast
- Coach the team to meet performance metrics, ensuring accountability for sales volume and growth
- Co-travel with area managers to enhance sales skills and implement best practices
- Serve as the point of escalation for key accounts and high-priority provider relationships
- Collaborate with corporate partners and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in dental, healthcare, or B2B2C financial services
- Proven ability to manage distributed teams and consistently achieve quota attainment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills focused on accountability and measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level discussions
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
