ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Director of Paid Media (Hands‑On) who will OWN the entire paid acquisition engine — strategy, execution, creative testing, and scaling. This role is responsible for:
- Daily Meta Ads execution
- Scaling profitably
- Creative testing system
- Performance strategy
- Funnel & CRO improvements
- Growth forecasting
- Cross‑team leadership
You are a hybrid operator: 50% hands‑on media buyer, 50% strategic growth leader. This role is critical to reach our $20M–$50M scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Paid Media Execution (Hands‑On)
- Run Meta Ads daily (scaling, testing, optimization)
- Manage budgets from $7k / day ? 20K / day
- Own CAC, ROAS, MER targets
- Maintain daily performance guardrails
- Build and execute creative tests
- Launch structured A/B tests
- Adjust spend based on forecasting + inventory
- Overseeing Creative Strategy
- Develop hooks, angles, and ad concepts
- Analyze winning creative patterns
- Lead weekly "Creative Performance Review"
- Ensure weekly creative testing velocity
- Growth Strategy & Forecasting
- Build weekly & monthy growth plans
- Forecast CAC / MER and revenue based on spend
- Maintain KPI dashboards
- Present weekly growth performance to CEO
- Partner with Ops on inventory and cashflow to inform scaling
- Plan budget allocation across channels
- Funnel & CRO Optimization
- Audit landing pages & identify conversion opportunities
- Recommend split tests & improvementsCollaborate with CRO / Designer on LPs, PDPs, and offer pages
- Improve checkout conversion and reduce friction
- Align offers & bundles for paid efficiency
- Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Content Director
- Work closely with creative team, and editors
- Lead weekly Growth Meeting
- Build SOPs for scaling, testing, reporting

REQUIREMENTS
- 4–8+ years in performance marketing (e‑commerce)
- Experience managing $100k–$1M+ monthly ad spend
- Expert‑level Meta Ads experience (mandatory)
- Bonus: TikTok Ads + Google Ads
- Experience with UGC‑driven direct‑response creative
- Previous leadership experience
- Proficiency in Google suite
- Skills: Deep understanding of CAC, MER, ROAS, cohorts, and blended metrics
- Strong funnel & CRO understanding
- Strong creative strategy instincts
