A tech solutions company in Brazil is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to enhance delivery pipelines for AI initiatives. Responsible for embedding security into the SDLC, designs CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and implements Infrastructure as Code with Terraform. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years in DevSecOps or Cloud Engineering. Opportunities for senior-level candidates are also available. This position offers a flexible, hybrid work model in Manaus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or ARM templates.
• Working knowledge of Azure networking and identity fundamentals.

About the Role

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineers to support and scale secure, reliable delivery pipelines for enterprise AI and platform initiatives. This role embeds security, compliance, and operational excellence directly into the SDLC, working closely with platform and engineering teams.

Depending on experience, this position may align to a mid-level (DevSecOps II) or senior / architect-level (DevSecOps IV) scope. Leveling will be determined during the interview process.

This role supports internal platforms and assets that enable downstream client delivery and innovation.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and ARM

Embed security, compliance, and reliability controls into build and release workflows

Support or lead monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability

Collaborate with engineering teams on deployments and release readiness

Senior-level scope) Define DevSecOps, SRE, and security standards across teams

Senior-level scope) Lead security reviews, risk mitigation, and mentoring activities

Required Qualifications

3+ years of DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering experience

Hands-on experience with :

Terraform and / or ARM templates

Working knowledge of Azure networking and identity fundamentals

Experience automating build, release, and deployment processes

Strong collaboration and documentation skills

Additional Qualifications for Senior Candidates (DevSecOps IV)

10+ years of experience in DevSecOps, SRE, or cloud architecture roles

Advanced knowledge of security, compliance, and risk management

Experience defining standards and guiding multiple teams or pods

Proven mentoring or technical leadership background
