Qualificações

• Strong experience with EKS / Kubernetes in production.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of MongoDB & Atlas, including performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Python or Go programming languages.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English for team collaboration.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and SRE principles.

DevOps & Platform Engineers

We’re hiring DevOps / Platform Engineers with strong SRE skills to work on high-scale SaaS platforms. Our stack is heavy on EKS, MongoDB / Atlas, and you’ll be tackling database contention, scaling challenges, and complex deployments every day.

This role is for problem solvers who thrive on multitasking, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating in both Portuguese and English across a global team.

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong experience with EKS / Kubernetes in production
• Deep hands‑on knowledge of MongoDB & Atlas (scaling, performance tuning, troubleshooting)
• Proficiency in Python and / or Go
• Fluent in Portuguese + English
• Solid DevOps / SRE principles & real‑world troubleshooting ability

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• MERN stack exposure (Mongo, Express, React, Node)
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform
• Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
• Experience debugging database contention / concurrency at scale
