Qualificações

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to end users.
  • Order, configure, deploy laptops and related equipment
  • Effectively address and manage DTS support ticket queue
  • Maintain and update Active Directory
  • Work with HR to manage new employee onboarding and departure requirements
Experience and Skills Required
  • College or equivalent hands on experience, three or more years of directly related experience in dealing with end users.
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft 365 skills
  • Mac experience beneficial
  • Requires in depth knowledge of modern computer operating systems including Windows 11.
  • Experience with workstation deployment technologies like Autopilot
  • Requires experience with Active Directory, and Azure AD
  • Knowledge and experience with Intune
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills (English / Portuguese)

  • Ability to perform under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
  • Must be detail-oriented with above average organization, planning and administrative skills.
