The position requires fluency in English and Portuguese, as well as over 2 years of customer service experience. Qualificações

  • Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in crypto or fintech.
  • Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts post relocation.
  • Experience in international settings and teams is a plus.

  • Provide frontline support to customers via live chat, phone, and email.
  • Resolve client queries and issues regarding products and platforms.
  • Document and update customer data as needed.

This is a unique opportunity for Customer Service Rockstars interested in living and developing a career in Southeast Asia: Malaysia or Thailand. The company will provide all necessary visa assistance and relocation support. During the visa processing, work remotely from your base country.

Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email.
  • Answer queries and resolve client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
  • Support documentation / administrative needs within the department and support translation for customer announcement notices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, highly preferred in crypto or fintech, but any industry is welcome.
  • Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts once relocated.
  • Experience in international settings and teams.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is MANDATORY.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a superb client focus.
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge or interest in trading is highly desirable, but not essential.
