The role requires online support experience and proficiency in both Portuguese and English. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, assisting with KYC processes, and effectively communicating platform updates. This position is remote and requires flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in online customer support.
• Understanding of derivatives trading terminology is a plus.
• Experience in finance or customer service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.
• Assist with KYC verification and account security setup.
• Document customer issues and collaborate with technical teams.
• Communicate platform announcements and risk alerts.

Conhecimentos

Proficiency in Zendesk/LiveChat

Fast learner

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
• Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
• Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
• Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.

Requirements

• Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
• Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
• Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
• Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
