A leading consumer goods company is seeking a Customer Development Executive in São Luís to manage relationships with partners and increase sales. Qualificações

  • Completed higher education in business administration, marketing, engineering or similar.
  • Strong experience in sales in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer goods industry.
  • Knowledge of data and analytics usage.

Responsabilidades

  • Implement commercial strategies and ensure correct execution of the 5P's.
  • Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory.
  • Monitor territory performance and conduct regular meetings.
  • Plan and organize administrative activities including budget control.
  • Ensure compliance with established credit policies.
  • Conduct field visits to identify opportunities and devise strategies.

Overview

As a Customer Development Executive, you will be responsible for professionally representing the Colgate Palmolive company, managing the relationship with our partners in terms of trust and respect, marketing and developing the 5p's in different product categories to profitably increase sales, improve distribution levels and market share, in accordance with our business principles.

Responsibilities
  • Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the correct execution of the 5P's at the point of sale, seeking to generate benefits for our customers and for CP, proactively understanding our customers' needs and recommending solutions for the different requirements of the retail environment.
  • Achieve the sales objectives of the assigned territory.
  • Monitor the territory's performance, promoting periodic JVP and T2T meetings.
  • Plan and organize administrative activities that include: Budget control, monitoring and payment of activities, maintenance of updated price lists, inventory, promotional quota, contact matrix and current account control.
  • Ensure compliance with the credit policies established by the company.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor planned activities, observe the competition, find opportunities and share with the sales team to develop strategies that respond to competitive changes in the market. RM and CDT
  • Maintain proactive communication with the client to present quarterly plans, JVP, launches, promotions, tabloids, price reductions and all available sales tools.
  • Analyze information generated through tools (Neogrid/Nielsen/IQVIA) to make the right decisions that direct and develop the business, such as: Promotional Club, negotiation and monitoring of growth plans, increased distribution, market share growth, productivity, loyalty, etc.
  • Use the Super Club as a tool to develop and accelerate sell thru.
  • Train client and store teams (campaigns, product launches, etc.).
Requirements

  • Knowledge of Google, Office, IQVIA, Neogrid and Nielsen tools
  • Data and Analytics. Use of information to generate insights
  • Availability to travel.
