A global IT services company is seeking a Program Manager to oversee learning programs, ensuring delivery timelines and quality. Program Management: Manage learning programs in a self-organized manner, ensuring delivery timelines, quality, and the right audience.
Learning Program Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and develop comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational objectives and associates’ development needs.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with learning management systems and other e-learning tools to support content delivery, tracking, and reporting.
Data Understanding and Interpretation: Analyze key metrics and draw insights to foster a learning culture within Corporate Functions.
Drive Corporate Programs: Manage various training initiatives across different Corporate Functions.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate learning needs are captured and successfully implement talent development initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Content Creation: Identify, research, select, and create relevant content from various sources for strategic learning initiatives.
Articulation and Communication: Clearly and concisely articulate ideas through written and verbal communication to maximize impact and learner understanding.
Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR and organizational learning.
