Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator Senior to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the Belo Horizonte office.

About The Role

• Develop, negotiate, and approve measurements
• Prepare meeting minutes and management reports
• Draft contracts and addendums
• Track supplier performance
• Control scope and manage contract changes
• Identify risks
• Resolve contractual disputes
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Conduct inspections and audits

Ensure compliance with requirements until the formalization of the contract termination term.

About You

• Experience in investment projects
• Experience in construction environments
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of project implementation methodologies
