A dynamic dating app company based in São Paulo seeks a creative content strategist to lead viral social media initiatives. You will prototype content formats, analyze viral trends, and optimize influencer engagement to drive growth. You’ll examine and translate insights into meaningful, engaging content, recognise trends before they peak, and contribute directly to a sharper influencer approach. Create the world’s best social content that keeps Inner Circle top of mind in Brazil, while generating deep insights that elevate our influencer strategy and drive high‑quality user acquisition. You'll prototype and test viral content formats, analyse what really works, and translate those learnings into creative direction that moves the needle.
Viral Content Prototyping & Testing
Collaborate with the Content Team & Creative Studio to execute a rapid experimentation workflow on social platforms to test and develop viral content formats, including in‑house content and filming user‑generated formats.
Data Analysis & Learnings
Analyze past top‑performing content (social media + influencers) to identify actionable lessons and patterns: translate insights into clear recommendations for format and creative enhancements.
Organic Social Growth
Responsible for contributing to social media reach growth through compelling and on‑brand content.
Influencer Marketing
Collaborate with the Content Team to refine and optimize influencer acquisition, ensuring creators drive low CPAs and a quality audience that not only joins the app but also retains.
