Salesforce Implementation Specialist

As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will administer and maintain the Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and optimal performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop business processes that align with organizational objectives. Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and other settings to support business operations. Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and improve user productivity. Design and implement new features or system enhancements to drive business growth. Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and data consistency. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for new configurations, automation, and system updates. Monitor and manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings in accordance with company policies. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; recommend improvements and lead adoption of new capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments.
