What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Direct and lead the development, implementation, and management of clinical trials processes in compliance with relevant regulations
• Identify, track, and analyze barriers in clinical trials processes, recommending project management improvements
• Organize and project manage multiple clinical trials from start-up to close-out, acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Clinical Research Manager and Principal Investigator on assessment and implementation of oncology trials
• Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met through regular cost reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic/scientific field
• Minimum of four years of experience in clinical research or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and federal regulations
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or within a team
• Strong computer skills, including competency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Proven experience with oncology research
• Certification as a Clinical Research Associate or Clinical Research Professional (ACRP, SOCRA, or equivalent)
