What the day will look like

The CoS will be responsible to drive initiatives to completion, navigate A's diverse and matrixed organization, act as a change agent, and present ideas and solutions to complex issues. Provides guidance using outstanding knowledge of strategy, business insights and personnel development. Executive level position responsible for strategic advice to the CEO.


Daily routine:



  • Handle operational aspects of the Brazil Leadership team, including setting agendas, coordinating LAEC meetings, prioritizing site visits, coordinating with LAEC leaders, and partnering with Finance, People and Marketing and Communication.

  • Create and operate a reporting and measurement that ensures a timely flow of key performance data and information for stakeholders across the enterprise to successfully tell the story of capabilities, growth, and efficiency.

  • Fulfill all Planning & Business Management duties on behalf of Brazil CEO.

  • Communicate decisions to stakeholders to keep communication channels open.

  • Handle large‑scale communications plans within LatAm and Brazil.

  • Serve as a sounding board to the Brazil CEO, providing objective perspective to multi‑functional issues that extend across the model.

  • Partner with the Leadership team members individually to strengthen performance and drive impact.

  • Run agendas and lead/support leadership team meetings and documents follow‑ups—ensuring deliverables are driven.

  • As needed, lead central initiatives that have a significant impact on functional / enterprise performance.

  • Act as a liaison and change agent, finding opportunities for alignment, efficiency and new central initiatives.

  • Track and supervise strategic activities to ensure goals and benchmarks are achieved.

  • Drive collaboration, including supporting prioritization and alignment with objectives.


Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success


  • Confirmed experience as Chief of Staff.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Advanced Spanish.

  • Project management skills.
