Run the full online casino offering : slots, table games, live casino, and new releases.

Plan and deliver promotions that boost acquisition, retention, and player value.

Work with content aggregators and game providers on sourcing and integration.

Track and report key metrics such as NGR, ARPU, retention, and session activity.

Ensure all activity meets regulations rules and internal responsible gaming standards.

Partner with CRM and VIP teams to create personalised player journeys.

Requirements

At least 2 years of online casino management experience.

Strong understanding of casino games, player lifecycle, and promotional tools.

Experience in regulated markets. Strong stakeholder and cross-team collaboration skills.

Comfortable using CRM systems, casino back-office tools, and BI platforms.
