Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven BDR / Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you will support business growth by discovering and contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls between prospects and our sales team.

You’ll be a key driver of our revenue pipeline and help extend our reach to U.S. business owners who can benefit from remote talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, and other channels) to prospective clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads based on target criteria.
  • Educate prospects on Talent Global LLC’s remote hiring solutions and value proposition.
  • Schedule discovery calls and appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, conversations, and lead statuses in CRM.
  • Send timely follow-ups and reminders to minimize no-shows.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize messaging and transfer qualified opportunities.

Required
