The LATAM Business Development Manager for Appliances, HVAC & Lighting is tasked with developing the market approach strategy and product lifecycle roadmap for new and existing service line(s) for the AHL COU.
The incumbent will also work closely with clients and industry stakeholders to identify specific needs and develop new products and services that will fuel long‑term business growth for the organization.
Through customer feedback and industry participation, the BDM will be responsible for the overall go‑to‑market strategy, testing the viability of the product / service, and successfully launching the service within specified timelines.
They will work collaboratively across all business functions necessary to launch and deliver new and existing services throughout the lifecycle.
This includes working in continuous coordination with Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales, Marketing, Client Services and with external stakeholders.
