Are you a SQL expert who loves turning raw data into actionable insights? We’re hiring a BI Data Engineer to help us scale. As we continue to grow, the complexity of our data requires a sharp eye and a passion for automation.

Want to learn more about the core responsibilities?

• Maintain and enhance Looker dashboards powered by Snowflake data.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to join and transform data across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and product sources.
• Ensure accurate merging of customer, revenue, and product usage data.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Zapier automations across systems.
• Validate data integrity across reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests with reliable, well-QC’d outputs.
• Document reporting logic, data definitions, and automations (SOPs, Loom).
• Partner cross-functionally to support (under clear direction).

Here’s our ideal candidate:

• Strong experience with Snowflake or SQL-based data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with Looker (or highly transferable BI tools).
• Proven ability to write complex SQL joins and transformations.
• Experience maintaining Zapier automations (or Make or N8N).
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce data structures.
• High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to QA data and catch inconsistencies.
• Strong written and asynchronous communication skills.
• Exposure to DBT or similar data transformation layers.
• Experience supporting SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, usage).
• Familiarity with NetSuite or Stripe data models.
• Light scripting experience (Python, SQL optimization).
• Prior experience in inheriting and stabilizing existing BI systems.
