A leading Internet company in São Paulo is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage agency recruitment for their social app. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Portuguese, have at least a year of recruitment experience, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include recruiting hosts and assisting in event translations. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of an innovative social app platform.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for recruiting 200-300 hosts per month.
• Assist in translation of events and product features from English to Portuguese.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management.
• Excellent communication skills, able to make friends with users.
• Sales-oriented mindset with patience.
• Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.
• Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting agencies and hosts (at least 200-300 hosts per month)
• Assist in the translation of events and product features (English to Portuguese)
