Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related creative discipline.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of proven creative experience, preferably including leadership or team oversight.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping and guiding digital executions.
  • Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Job Title - Associate Creative Director Job Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of high-impact creative communication tools and media, ensuring key messages are effectively conveyed through strategic design elements including color, typography, illustration, and layout.

Translate complex marketing briefs into compelling, insight-driven campaign concepts across offline and online channels, logos, ads, literature, digital content, and promotional assets.

Drive creative innovation by proactively researching trends, recommending bold design solutions, and elevating overall brand visibility and engagement.

Oversee and guide in-house design capabilities for events and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and quality of all creative deliverables.

Strengthen and evolve the corporate brand identity by expanding brand guidelines, visual systems, and creative frameworks.

Ensure all design outputs meet premium standards, managing production timelines, reviewing print quality, and coordinating with external agencies when required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and creative partners, ensuring high-quality production of marketing and campaign collateral.

Participate in and often lead client briefings, presenting creative concepts, shaping ideation sessions, and articulating the rationale behind design directions.

Ensure consistency, clarity, and creativity across all communication touchpoints through continuous collaboration with the marketing, digital, and content teams.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related creative discipline.

Minimum of 7+ years of proven creative experience , preferably including leadership or team oversight.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping and guiding digital executions.

Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

A strong creative portfolio showcasing concept development, storytelling, and innovative visual communication.

Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps, with a solid understanding of user-centric design principles.
