We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. This strategic position offers the opportunity to work in a high-standard hotel environment, being responsible for supporting all fronts of the marketing department, from digital content management to direct operational support with all hotel areas. The selected professional will be fundamental in ensuring efficient campaign execution, maintaining the brand's digital presence, and coordinating projects that directly impact guest experience and the property's market positioning.
What will my activities be?
- Content management across multiple digital platforms (Brand.com, institutional website, Isabel Lounge).
- Assistance in coordination with social media agencies for follower engagement.
- Press relations and payment control.
- Direct support to operational areas and contact with graphic suppliers for material production.
- Accompanying photo shoots and execution of internal events.
- Creation of promotional materials and keeping commercial presentations and departmental materials updated.

What are we looking for?
- We are seeking a team member with a dynamic, communicative profile who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising and Publicity, or Journalism
- Complementary courses in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Hospitality will be considered differentials
- Dynamic and communicative profile

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Marketing experience, preferably in the hotel or tourism sector (will be a differential)
- Experience in digital content management and online platforms
- Practical knowledge in supplier coordination and payment control
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
- Knowledge of WordPress and website management
- Knowledge of OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and hotel distribution systems
- Familiarity with social media and monitoring tools
- Basic knowledge of photography and visual content production
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
LANGUAGES
- Native Portuguese with excellent writing skills
- Intermediate/advanced English (essential for communication with international guests)
- Basic Spanish will be considered a differential
