Responsibilities include sending outbound messages on Instagram and LinkedIn, managing leads, and daily reporting. Candidates must have strong written English skills and be comfortable using social media platforms. This role operates on a commission-only basis with no base salary.

Qualificações

Overview

About UsWe run two online businesses in the airbnb & short term rental space : GrowYourBnb – an established airbnb growth partner agencyAutomateYourBnb – an online software platform ( on process to be set)We are looking for a motivated individual to help with lead generation, DM conversations, and appointment setting.

Role Responsibilities
  • Aiming to send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day
  • Respond to inbound Instagram enquiries and pass it to senior appointment setter to close
  • Send daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedIn
  • Adding new strategy with new ways to find leads (using Google or AI)
  • Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations (training provided)
  • Manage and track leads via CRM
  • Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions
  • Daily reporting via Slack
  • Work directly with the business owner
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, UK time focused
Experience
  • Open to all experience levels
  • Previous outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonus
  • Have worked on sales before or enjoy doing sales
  • Have at least worked on a DM offer previously
