• Troubleshooting e implementação de melhores práticas.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration of Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Creation and management of Data Streams, DMOs, and Segments in Data Cloud.
• Integration with Salesforce Core, App/Site, and SFTP.
• Support in data modeling, identity unification, and data-driven automations.
• Troubleshooting and implementation of best practices in deliverability and governance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SFMC and Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL, Data Views, and integrations.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, or Data Cloud Consultant).
• English or Spanish can be a bonus.
