Job Purpose

We are looking for a Pleno Systems Analyst with strong Business Intelligence expertise to join our team at the TechCenter in Rio de Janeiro. This professional will be responsible for organizing demands, validating deliverables, facilitating communication between teams, and providing technical support, ensuring that our BI solutions generate real business impact.

Job Description
  • Organize, prioritize, and monitor team demands, ensuring deadlines and quality.
  • Collaborate with IT and business areas to deliver BI solutions.
  • Validate deliverables (functional testing, approval, dashboards, reports).
  • Document processes and data flows.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
  • Provide technical support and suggest best practices.
  • Work closely with data governance, DataLake, and MDM teams.
  • Promote the use of existing data solutions and train key users.
  • Provide support and training to end users.
You are meant for this job if:
  • Degree in computer science, IT or relatives
  • Knowledge of data security and governance (LGPD, data anonymization, best practices).
  • Certifications in BI tools (e.g., PL-300 Power BI), Cloud, or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
  • International experience or work in global companies.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodology.
