What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage day-to-day project management for the Analyst Relations (AR) program, ensuring timely and high-quality analyst engagement and evaluation submissions
• Coordinate analyst evaluations and RFIs, including timeline management, evidence collection, and post-submission follow-up
• Schedule and manage analyst briefings and ensure stakeholders are prepared for engagements
• Create and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards for AR activities, producing regular status reports for leadership
• Optimize AR tools and platforms to automate workflows and centralize evidence collection

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B technology, ideally within cybersecurity, IT operations, or enterprise software
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end
• Practical experience with analyst ranking and evaluation processes (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave)
• Strong process orientation with experience in creating templates and submission playbooks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Hands‑on experience with AR tracking tools, CRM/platform integrations, or project management systems
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across multiple teams to secure inputs and approvals
