How will you contribute to our magical experience?

We are looking for a Mid-level Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, with a focus on performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making. This professional will play a key role in collaborating with internal teams and will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of financial and planning processes.

The Analyst, Finance Consumer Products will be responsible for:

  • Develop, review, and monitor the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze actual vs. budget variances (P&L, operational and financial KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities;
  • Generate management reports and financial dashboards, providing insights to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain financial models, simulating scenarios to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Prepare and present management reports and analyses to executive leadership and business partners.
  • Act as a business partner, supporting business units by consolidating and analyzing financial information.
  • Support the accounting and managerial close process, explaining variances and consolidating financial data for reporting.
  • Automate and enhance reports and processes using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other BI platforms.
  • Actively participate in digital transformation projects, system integrations, and financial process improvements.
  • Conduct profitability analyses by product, channel, customer, or project.
  • Monitor financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure governance and accuracy of financial data, contributing to a data-driven culture.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Advanced level of English. Intermediate level of Spanish (is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, P&L analysis, variance analysis, and economic indicators.
  • Advanced level of Excel skills.
  • Knowledge in data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, clear communication, proactivity, and strategic thinking.
  • Flexibility and resilience to work in dynamic environments with shifting priorities or tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various departments (Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Trade, Creative, etc.).
