Overview

Join us as Analista de Desenvolvimento de Produto - Formulação B&W

JOB PURPOSE

This position will work with Beauty & Wellbeing Products in innovation plan projects & continuous improvement formulation program.

This is a unique opportunity to work cross-brand with different ranges of cosmetic products, mainly in Hair Care and Skin Care. Also learn about new and disruptive technologies for different formats such as shampoo, conditioner, combing creams, biphasic oils, moisturizers and facial cleansers. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

Key Responsibilities

• Laboratory activities are part of routine (prepare formulas for stability studies, consumer tests and all evaluations needed.)
• To carry on key product evaluations and analysis, record results and conclude them, using digital tools such as SAP PLM and LIMS.
• Proof of principles for new technologies
• Strong partnership with internal interfaces (SC&R&D) and external (3PM & Suppliers)
• To ensure locked formula design cost analysis and risk assessments.
• Deep understanding on data analysis
• To ensure the compliance to the Unilever Code of Business Principles and all SHE and QA policies, including the support of product claims, risk management and environmental awareness & legislation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Completed (Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science or related areas);
• Technical mindset applied to solutions, hands on mentality;
• Laboratory skills;
• Ability to work in a multi-functional, multi-cultural environment;
• Ability to work with new technologies;
• Effective communication & presentation skills.
