Qualificações

The Position

We are seeking a Senior Controller Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and a focus on results to join our team. This role is fundamental in financial management, ranging from budget planning and cost optimization to leading audits and developing strategic analyses that support top management decision-making.

About the Opportunity
  • Cost and Bonus Management (FoC): Manage and optimize bonus expenses (FoC) through report creation, discrepancy monitoring, and governance leadership for cost reduction in compliance with internal policies.
  • Budget Planning and Control: Lead the preparation and management of the annual budget (including fixed assets and depreciation), performing monthly monitoring, deviation analysis, and proposing strategic recommendations for adjustments.
  • Managerial and Strategic Reports: Consolidate financial and operational information into executive reports for top management and stakeholders, with risk and opportunity analysis to support strategic and corporate decisions.
  • Accounting Closure and Financial Analysis: Ensure the effectiveness of monthly closure, including SAP validations and logistic cost analysis (ABC), contributing to the accuracy of financial information.
  • Asset and Project Management (PiPo): Lead the management of the installed base and Phase-in/Phase-out projects (PiPo), acting multidisciplinary for asset optimization.
  • Audit and Compliance: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and international standards, as well as implementing new controls to strengthen the compliance environment.
  • SAP Finance & Controlling Key-User: Act as a key-user for Finance and Controlling processes in SAP, being the focal point for the EMEA-LATAM regions.
Requirements
  • Complete higher education in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related areas.
  • Postgraduate or specialization in the area will be a differential.
  • Proven experience in Accounting and/or Controlling, preferably in multinational companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of BR GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems is indispensable.
  • Advanced English (conversation, reading, and writing).
  • Advanced Office package, with Excel mastery.
  • Tableau knowledge will be considered a differential.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-person), in our office in the south zone of São Paulo.
