What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank (BACEN)
• Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites
• Debug and resolve complex production issues
• Analyze customer profiles for risk management and onboarding
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including business stakeholders and other engineering teams
• Mentor and develop other engineers, contributing to team growth and technical excellence

What You Need To Succeed

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails development
• Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills
• Experience with service‑oriented architectures and complex distributed systems at scale
• Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial ecosystem and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with event‑driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka)
• Advanced English communication skills
