We are looking for an Agile Facilitator who wants to learn and transform his career.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Plan and run Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑up, sprint review and retrospective.
• Use Agile planning tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Communicate back‑to‑back with stakeholders regarding progress and risks.

Qualifications

• English fluently.
• Experience with Agile projects.
• Project Management expertise.
• Strong knowledge in Agile Ways of Working, Scrum, SAFe.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira / ADO.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
