The Microcredit Agent will work within the Microfinance team, executing steps of client acquisition, analysis, credit granting, and negotiation for small entrepreneurs in the Agroamigo Microfinance program.

Activities:

1. In-person, phone, or email customer service for program clients;
2. Prospecting new clients;
3. Guidance on proper management of granted credits;
4. Immediate collection of overdue credits;
5. And other activities.

Complete high school education;

Availability for intermunicipal travel;

Experience in sales;

Technical training in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields.

Base Salary: R$ 1,712.11

Situational Compensation for Agent Crescer up to R$ 1,588.14 - for Agent Mais up to R$ 1,805.40;

Maximum Variable Compensation for Agent Crescer up to R$ 1,482.26 - for Agent Mais up to R$ 2,011.64;

Founded in 1993, Instituto Nordeste Cidadania (Inec) is a Civil Society Organization (CSO) focused on sustainable community development in Northeast Brazil. In 2003, its qualification as a CSO of Public Interest (Oscip) enabled partnerships with the Bank of Northeast for microfinance programs.

With over 20 years of microcredit experience, Inec managed Crediamigo from 2003 to 2022 and Agroamigo since 2005. In 2021, Water.Org joined efforts to facilitate access to water solutions via microcredit. In 2022, Agroamigo reached 1,410,064 active clients across 2,074 municipalities in the semi-arid region.
