A leading social app company is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Brazil to drive agency recruitment for their SOYO business unit. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Portuguese, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sales-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include recruiting hosts and assisting in translation for product features. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a dynamic social app environment while meeting monthly recruitment targets.

Qualificações

• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for recruiting agencies and hosts (at least 200-300 hosts per month).
• Assist in the translation of events and product features (English to Portuguese).

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Excellent communication skills, able to make friends with users.
• Sales-oriented mindset with patience.
• Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.
• Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.
