Job Title

Administrative Assistant

Pay Rates (LinkedIn style)

Part‑Time Monthly Rates: $800 – $1,280 (based on 20 hours per week schedule)

Full‑Time Monthly Rates: $1,600 – $2,560 (based on 40 hours per week schedule)

The monthly salary range posted is stipulated as an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly‑based, and payments are calculated on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every two weeks through third‑party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $10–$16 depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non‑negotiable.

Work Schedule

The work schedule will vary depending on the job position that you will apply for as it will be based on the schedule requested by the client. All our clients are in the U.S. and work schedules will be in the U.S. time zone.

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support, helping to coordinate schedules, maintain communication with internal and external teams, and manage tasks in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and proactive, supporting the client in a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Tasks
  • Calendar Management: Organize schedules, book meetings, and keep calendars up to date.
  • Email Management: Review, prioritize, and organize emails professionally.
  • Task Tracking: Monitor tasks and deadlines using project management tools.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, take meeting notes, and maintain organized digital files.
  • Customer Support: Communicate with clients and teams via email, chat, and phone as needed.
  • Research Assistance: Support with gathering information and summarizing findings when required.
  • General Admin: Assist with ad-hoc administrative and support tasks as assigned.
