What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own and implement negotiation strategies for a high volume of renewal contracts to maximize contract value
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for upcoming renewals and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain and update a rolling forecast of your territory and communicate renewal risks to internal resources
- Follow best practices for internal processes, including opportunity management and CRM hygiene
- Leverage customer data to assess and improve the health of each renewal
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience within Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive contracts to timely completion
- Ability to demonstrate a strategic approach for value conversations with customers at an executive level
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage the renewal cycle effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 2+ years of experience within Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS offerings
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated achievement
- Strong process management and financial competence skills
- Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities
- Proven ability to project manage the renewal cycle while pulling in necessary resources
