What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own and implement negotiation strategies for a high volume of renewal contracts to maximize contract value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for upcoming renewals and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain and update a rolling forecast of your territory and communicate renewal risks to internal resources
  • Follow best practices for internal processes, including opportunity management and CRM hygiene
  • Leverage customer data to assess and improve the health of each renewal
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience within Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive contracts to timely completion
  • Ability to demonstrate a strategic approach for value conversations with customers at an executive level
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage the renewal cycle effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of experience within Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS offerings
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated achievement
  • Strong process management and financial competence skills
  • Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities
  • Proven ability to project manage the renewal cycle while pulling in necessary resources
